You are contemplating the acquisition of a
Great Dane puppy. You have probably already found an
answer to the following questions :
- is there enough room left in my agenda?,
in my house?, in my care?,
in our family?,
in my hart?, and in my budget for this gentile giant ?
Your dog will require not only a proper
area for his daily exercise, but he will require a good part
of your attention and most of
all, of your affection.
His adult stature might impress passerby,
but you will soon get to know he is not per
se an agressive dog. He
becomes a member of the family and he is usually quite calm.
At times, he might be hill at ease and
clumsy with young children and inadvertently make them stumble.
He looks for the most confortable spot in
the house to take a nap.
Would you consider becoming a breeder, please take note that
the puppies sold in Canada, for canadians, are sold with a
non-breeding agreement. For dogs sold in other countries,
please inquire about specific sales conditions. Providing set
prerequisites have been met, we shall cancel the non-breeding
agreement, but we keep a co-ownership on the dog. In such
instances, health tests results will have to be positive and
the dog will have to be in a good state of health.
